Self contained cottage on 1 acre.

Spacious, airy, comfortable, classic 60's architect designed cottage, set in rolling pastures and hills.

Renovated recently by architect owners, oriented to watch the sun all day.

Facilities: 3 double bedrooms, sleeps 6. All linen provided, except towels. New bathroom including bath, shower and WC. Well equipped new kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and stainless steel hotplate & oven. New crockery, cutlery and glassware. New electric jug and toaster. Living, dining, another sitting area and decks. Hi-fi CD, radio, TV and video. Separate laundry including automatic washing machine and dryer. Additional separate WC. Ceiling fans. Electric heaters. Wood combustion heater / open fire.

Sorry, no pets. The cottage is too close to the Wilsons Promontory National Park boundary.

Main attractions: Wilsons Promontory National Park. Shallow Inlet. Corner Inlet. Strzelecki Ranges.

Things to do: Walk, swim and fishing. Bird watching - Corner Inlet is one of Ramsar classified breeding site. Tennis at Yanakie - 5 minutes drive. Golf at Foster - 20 minutes drive. Explore the amazing sand dunes. See wombats, emus, wallabies and rarely seen swamp deer. Go to one of the many beaches to choose from - Waratah Bay, Sandy Point, Walkerville as well as the Inlets. Taste local food and wine. Scenic drives in the Strzelecki Ranges and on the Grand Ridge Road - takes you on a spectacular mountain journey.

Tariffs:

High season, 1st December - 31st January, Easter and Labour Day weekend [Min 3 Nights] $150 Nightly, $975 Weekly

Mid season, 1st February - 30th April, 1st October - 30th November, Public Holidays and School Holidays, $135 Nightly, $850 Weekly

Low season, 1st May - 30th September, $110 Nightly, $700 Weekly

Rates apply for 2 people. $20 per night per extra person, children under 15 - $10 per child.

2 nights minimum booking, 3 nights for long weekends.

Bookings On booking half the fee is to be deposited.?Final payment to be received a minimum 10 days before arrival.
