The house is sited to take full advantage of the magnificent 180 degree plus views. The entire 50 foot frontage is full height glass overlooking the wide timber deck to Corner Inlet and the mountains of the Prom., with Snake Island and the Strzelecki Ranges beyond. The view is breathtaking and constantly changing. Sunrises directly in front are worth the early rise and on a clear night the pollution free Prom sky is a myriad of stars, whilst the lights of Toora and Port Welshpool flicker across the inlet. Sit at the fully equipped "wet bar" - and take it all in or lounge in the comfortable leather couches in front of the open fire (No fires 15th November to 31st March). Stroll around the 2.5 acre bush block or take a walk down to the waters edge and venture along the many walking tracks. At the beach below, enjoy the bird life or launch your boat at the sealed ramp. Corner Inlet has excellent fishing and is very popular with the locals. The gates to Wilsons Promontory National Park are only a 4 minute drive away - visit the magnificent beaches, swim or fish in the surf or the sheltered waters of Tidal River or try one of the many different formed walking tracks. THE HOUSE Bedrooms The house has four large double bedrooms each with it's own ensuite. The queen size beds each have electric blankets and each room has a ceiling fan. Two folding single beds can be provided for children if required. Doonas and pillows are provided. Bring your own linen and towels. Ensuites Each bedroom has a fully tiled ensuite complete with WC, fully enclosed shower, vanity basin with large mirror, and exhaust fan. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, large fridge, wall oven with grill, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and a complete range of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Living / Dining Area This magnificent room (12 squares) has cathedral ceiling and boasts full height glass to the entire length (50 foot) of the room. Including 2 x 5 metre bi-fold doors - one set opening to the wide front deck - the other opening to the rear glazed deck - thus enabling you to choose your outlook. Your dining table will seat 10 comfortably for dining or daily activities and the 3 leather lounges grouped around the open fireplace constantly beckon. Laundry Washing machine, dryer and trough - there is a clothes line outside the laundry door. Bar Complete wet bar with fridge, sink, stools and glassware. Try the telescope and see who is catching what! General Widescreen TV connected to Austar satellite programs (including footy and racing) and DVD player (some movies provided), CD player, open log fire (No fires 15th November to 31st March), electric radiators and Gas BBQ on enclosed rear deck. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. As you drive towards the Prom entrance you will pass the Yanakie General Store - 4 kms past the store is Foley Road on your left (signs for Yanakie Caravan Park), 4 kms down Foley Road on your left is Dalgleish Road - we are the second gate on your right - number 18.
