Description:
Unique tri-level beach house nestled amongst the treetops in Venus Bay's first estate. Three individually styled bedrooms, lounge with TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. Fully functional kitchen and relaxed open plan dining room. Enjoy that summer BBQ and sunset views
from the large decked entertainment area. Full breakfast provisions provided (First night only for a maximum
of 6 guests).
Two double bedrooms, one queen bedroom. Rumpus room with double sofa bed. All linen and towels provided. Additional guests may be accommodated on application at an extra cost.
Fully functional kitchen with dishwasher.
Dining room.
Lounge with TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. A selection of DVD's, videos, books and board games provided.
Cosy wood fire for those colder months.
Three outside decked entertainment areas.
Gas BBQ.
RATES
Christmas and January school holidays: $1,400
(Minimum 7 night stay) - Easter: $220 per night (Minimum 5 night stay) - Long weekends: $220 per night (Minimum 3 night stay) - All other times: $150 per night (Minimum 2 night stay)
50% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance required prior to arrival. Payment by cash, direct deposit or cheque (subject to allowing 7 days to clear).
Not suitable for children under 6 due to stairs and height of decking.
No pets.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Venus View reserves the right to charge a cash bond at their discretion.
