Saltwater is a beautiful new home with quality furnishings, it is a home designed to make your stay very comfortable.

The home consists of three bedrooms - master bedroom downstairs has queen bed and upstairs comprising of queen bed in one, a double and a single in another. Covered doonas and blankets are supplied.

Upstairs there is a sitting area. There is a comfortable double divan which folds out to accommodate two adults or children, or you can relax in this area to watch a TV program or a DVD. Upstairs area has split system air conditioning / heating system.

Spacious lounge living area has comfortable lounge to watch TV, a DVD, video or listen to the stereo.

The modern timber dining setting is located at the front of the house.

The kitchen is well appointed with a very large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Electric cooking facilities are supplied. Quality glassware, crockery and cutlery fill the ample cupboard space. Tea, coffee and milk sachets are supplied. Detergent and tea towels are provided.

A very stylish bathroom is downstairs as with a well equipped laundry with modern washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Clothes line and pegs are supplied. A separate toilet is available.

Saltwater has a covered BBQ area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
