Description:
Stunningly beautiful Oceania makes for a superb holiday in a prime location, just across the road from the beach, cafe, mini golf, general store and surf life saving club.
While the parents are relaxing on the front deck they have a clear view of the children playing at the adjacent playground.
Oceania is a very spacious open plan home built on two levels, large decks front and rear with gas BBQs for outdoor entertaining.
Open living plan consists of comfy sofas, colour TV, DVD and CD player, gas heating and ceiling fans.
Sliding doors open from living area to front deck capturing the beautiful sunset each evening over Waratah Bay.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave. The full size pantry houses quality cookware, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
Oceania consists of three large bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs the home has one queen bed, one double bed and five single beds.
Downstairs has double futon bed, a second shower and toilet.
Sleeps 11 people. Beautiful linen, doonas, quality pillows and towels are all included.
A second TV is provided for the children with a Nintendo 64.
Laundry downstairs consists of a fully automatic washing machine.
No pets please.

TARIFFS: Bookings are for 11 people, linen and towels included. Christmas and January School Holidays Weekly - $2,000. November, December, February and March 2 nights - $550, 3 nights $750, 4 nights - $950, 5 nights - $1150, 6 nights - $1,350, Weekly - $1,550. Labour Day 3 nights - $800. Easter 4 nights (Thursday to Monday) - $1,000. Melbourne Cup Weekend 4 nights - $1,000.
