Self contained accommodation with outstanding views.
Ideal for couples, families and groups who are on holidays or attending family and wedding functions.
2 cottages accommodating up to 6-7. 2 bedrooms. Queen size bed, 2-3 single beds and double futon bed. Shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine (1). Reverse cycle air conditioner. CD player, TV and DVD player (DVD's available). Clock radio, doonas, electric blankets, linen and pillows. Fully equipped kitchen - fridge, microwave, oven, sandwich maker and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities with valley condiments. BBQ is provided. Iron and ironing board are available.
Wheel chair access.
Pets at owners discretion.
No smoking indoors.
TARIFFS
Tariff is $65 - $80 (one person rate), $75 - $100 (two persons rate) and $10 - $20 (extra person) per night including GST.

2 - 3 night minimum booking for Christmas, January, Long Weekends and Easter.
Cash, cheque or money order is accepted.
50% deposit is required upon booking, balance on arrival.

2.5 acre property, 2 km West of Leongatha Post Office, off the South Gippsland Highway towards Korumburra.
Leongatha is 5 minutes drive to Koonwarra, 10 minutes drive to Coal Creek, Korumburra and Meeniyan, 20 minutes drive to the Grand Ridge Road, Inverloch and Mirboo North and 45 minutes drive to Agnes Falls and Wilsons Promontory.
Leongatha is 134 kms South East of Melbourne, it has a population of 5,300 and is a dairy farming area.
