The Cottage is located in a quiet, tree lined street, 500 metres to The Kiosk and beach and an easy 10 minute walk east to the town centre.

A beach house from the history books, The Cottage provides relaxed, simple living to sleep 7 comfortably.

Intimate back yard with room for children and pets to play and then through a gate, access to a large open area or parking, a cricket match or lazing under the wattle trees for a snooze.

Pets welcome.

Main and second bedrooms: Queen beds, built in robes and plenty of drawer space.

Bedroom 3: Bunk and single bed with trundle, built in robe and plenty of drawer space.

Bathroom: Shower and vanity, separate toilet.

Laundry: Family size washer, iron and board, inside drying space, baby bath, buckets and tub.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, microwave, sandwich maker, electric oven, cook top and fridge.

Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner: Cooling and heating.

Living area: Seats 5 comfortably with TV, DVD and video. Games, books and kids activities are available.

Table, chairs, gas barbeque, 2 boogie boards for the kids, hand line, umbrella and beach shade are also available.

Doonas, blankets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided for all beds except the trundle.

Please bring your own linen and towels. Fitted sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels are available @ $10.00 /person or can be hired through the Laundromat.

We have set The Cottage up with the basics of home; please feel free to make use of them. If you finish something, please let us know or replace the item.

TARIFFS: $800 per week or $1,500 for 2 weeks, $360 per long weekend (3 nights), $250 per weekend (2 nights), $500 Easter (4 nights) and $120 per extra night (when available). Includes School and Public Holidays, Long Weekends, Easter, Christmas and Grand Prix Weekend.

Minimum Stays: Christmas (1 week blocks), long weekends (3 nights), Easter (4 nights), weekends (2 nights).

Payments: 30% deposit on booking, balance payable on arrival by cheque, cash or internet transfer.
